Terms and conditions:

1. Deposit Requirement:

- Deposits must be sent via e-transfer to Hibaq_16@hotmail.com within 48 hours of accepting the order and receiving the price quote from Hibaq.

2. Order Confirmation:

- Upon receipt of the deposit and acceptance of the price quote, a confirmation of deposit will be sent, and the order will be confirmed.

3. Payment:

- The remaining balance must be paid via e-transfer.

- Full payment must be received 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

- Alternative payment methods require prior confirmation.

4. Pickup and Late Fees:

- The pickup address will be provided upon receipt of full payment.

- Customers must pick up their orders at the agreed-upon time.

- A $20 late fee will be applied for tardy pickups.

5. Cancellation Policy:

- Orders may be postponed or canceled with at least 7 days' notice.

6. Agreement:

- By sending the deposit and accepting the price quote, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
